New BlackBerry Curve Was BlackBerry 8300

May 3rd, 2007

Research In Motion released more details about their upcoming BlackBerry smartphone device, called BlackBerry Curve, also known as BlackBerry 8300.

The BlackBerry Curve phone is so far the thinest, lightest BlackBerry RIM has to offer. It is squarely aimed at the smart phone consumer market.

The BlackBerry 8300 has a 2mega pixel camera and has a newly redesigned media manager that plays mobile audio video, including mp3 on the phone.

Where to Buy BlackBerry Curve

Research In Motion has partnered with ATT wireless to bring out the device in the US. The BlackBerry Curve pricing and availability has not been finalized yet. But it could go as low as $100 or free after wireless carrier subsidy.

The BlackBerry Curve will be available worldwide on GSM carriers around July.
