3g.co.uk reported that 3 HongKong unveiled the world’s first 3G video conferencing service. Amazingly, this 3G service only costs about HK$35 (about US$4) per month. Moreover, it runs on the lastest mobile video phone LG 8330, which can be purchased for HK$1280.

Some noteworthy features of the LG8330 video phone:

• Support General Packet Radio Services (GPRS), the transmission speed is up to 53.6kbps
