Smartphone Treo 650 or iPAQ RX3115

Hewlett Packard iPAQ RX3115 Pocket PC: powered by PocketPC 2003, has built-in 802.11b Wi-Fi, bluetooth, high resolution 240×320 screen, familiar XP-like user interface, has Secure Digital (SD) Card Slot and MultiMediaCard (MMC) Slot, ok battery life (9 hours).

PalmOne Treo 650: available on both CDMA (Verizon Wireless) and GSM (Cingular Wireless), powered by PalmOS with elegant user interface, good media functionality (video and MP3 support etc), high resolution 320×320 screen; But the Treo 650 has no built-in Wi-Fi.

You can buy the Treo 650 unlocked from palmOne’s web store directly but it is a bit pricey ($599) compared to the iPAQ 3115 which is available at around $400. But you signup for service, the Treo 650 smartphone can be yours for $449.
